PASTOR DANNY JEFFERSON is the Senior Pastor of Rehoboth World Outreach Center in Vallejo, CA. He is blessed with the distinct honor of succeeding his father, Superintendent Perless Jefferson, Sr., who is the Founder of Rehoboth Church, and served as Pastor for 50 years. Under Pastor Jefferson’s pastoral leadership since (2002), Rehoboth has experienced tremendous growth. Pastor Jefferson’s passion is Transformation – transforming individual lives and transforming our cities and communities. He matriculated through Morris Brown College in Atlanta, GA and Sacramento Theological Seminary, earning a Bachelor degree in Education.
Pastor Danny Jefferson is a dedicated community leader with a longstanding commitment to civic engagement and advocacy throughout Vallejo and Solano County. He is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., and serves as the Immediate Past President of the Kappa Omicron Lambda Chapter.
He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for ELITE Public Schools and contributes as a member Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Committee for Alternative Family Services, one of the largest Foster Care Agencies in Northern California. Pastor Jefferson also serves on the Touro University California, Community Action & Advisory Council Member, Public Health Program. Founder, Vallejo Faith Organization (VFO) (2007 - 2012) Established and led a faith-based organization dedicated to community transformation, influencing key sectors including city government, education, and the marketplace in Vallejo, Calfornia. Sprearheded initiatives that bridge faith and civic engagement to stregthen communities. Serves in leadershop with the California North Central Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction of the Church Of God In Christ (COGIC), under Bishop Donald R. Murray, Prelate.
Recognized with multiple honors and commendations for exemplary pastoral leadership and community engagement by distinguished organizations, including the California State Assembly, University of California, Davis, Solano County Board of Education, Solano County Fighting Back Partnership, the City of Vallejo, and the Vallejo City Unified School District.
He is the proud father of three accomplished children, including two educators and one who serves as Director of the Boys & Girls Club in American Canyon, California. One of his most meaningful personal achievements is that all three are alumni of prestigious Atlanta University Center institutions-Spelman College, Morehouse College, and Clark Atlanta University.
